You will be seen for 1 hour and will never be passed off to a tech or an assistant. 

Whole Body Assessment

We have the time to evaluate the WHOLE body as a system of complex parts, rather than looking at one body part for your rehab. 

Performance Rehabilitation

We utilize fitness forward rehabilitation to blast through your limiting obstacles and only part ways when YOU have confidently and objectively reached your new performance level. 

Tailored Exercise Program

You will always have a 3 step plan in your recovery. Progression, Maintenance, and a Regression plan dependent on your tissue irritability.

Education

You will understand your impairment and will learn how to optimize your  movement specific to your sport . 

Communication

Constant communication via text, email. Weekly check in's to maximize efficiency with your recovery.
