  • Does your company take insurance or HSA/FSA?
    We are an out of network provider so we do not take health insurance. However, we do provide a superbill for clients with out of network benefits and we do accept HSA/FSA.
  • How long do your sessions last?
    Evaluations and follow up sessions will be 1 hour with the physical therapist.
  • How is your physical therapy different from other businesses?
    We examine not only the site of your symptoms but the whole body as a complex system of moving parts. We DO NOT guess or assume what is causing your impairment. We use the "Test Retest" model to ensure that the pain/functional impairments we discover during our examination correspond to the specific movement impairments that you experience in your life that prompted you to seek us out.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    It depends on the individual but you will receive a recommendation following your initial evaluation. The majority of our clients feel more confident, move better, and are ready to perform within 10 sessions.
  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
    If you cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours advance notice. If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full session.
